Every year I pass on how to maximise opportunities and refunds/discounts available to new arrivals I meet socialising. But I am only reaching a handful and found I am having the same conversations annually as Tax time gets closer. New arrivals are not getting all they are entitled to. Information can be applied by all ranks, dependants and civilians. However, examples use former British Military, arriving aged 40, as a SGT with dependants.
